The story behind The Curve

Why a building on Jamshed Road chose grace over haste, and why its symbol is a ginkgo leaf.

Look down almost any street in Karachi and you will see the same straight lines repeated without pause: buildings drawn by the ruler, built for speed. The Curve began as a quiet objection to that.

A line that refuses to settle

A curve is what happens when a line bends and softens instead of taking the shortest path. We wanted a building that did the same: one that stands apart on its street not by shouting, but by being considered in every line.

The ginkgo leaf

The idea runs through everything at The Curve: the restraint of the materials, the calm of the palette and the ginkgo leaf we chose as its mark, a tree that has endured, unchanged and unhurried, for millions of years.

Architecture is not just what you see. It is what you experience every day.

Four homes, one floor

Every typical floor holds eight residences across four layouts: Meridian, a four-bedroom home of 1,927 sq ft; Crescent, a three-bedroom home of 1,607 sq ft; Curve, a two-bedroom home of 1,186 sq ft; and Arc, a two-bedroom home of 969 sq ft.

A grand lobby, a fitness centre, a kids play area, secured entrance, D-MAX maintenance and an electric charging station take care of everyday ease at Plot 631, Jamshed Road, Amil Colony.
