What you will need
- Copy of NICOP, POC or CNIC
- Copy of valid passport
- Two passport-size photographs
- Proof of address abroad
- Contact details of a nominee or next of kin
- Special Power of Attorney, attested by the Pakistani embassy or consulate, if a representative will sign for you
